Many female have trouble walking in HIGH HEELS. Walking in front of a large crowd can be a little fiddly, especially when you are walk in high heel. Confidence shows in the way we walk but …if not comfortable or Women who have no idea how to walk in heels it will show. Some female are not wearing very high heels that they feel awkward walking on.

This article may help you to choose heels which work for you and get used to walking in them. Ready to suffering some pain in the beginning to take being comfortable in high heels.

Perfect size of shoes according to your feet is most important. So keep in mind when buying high heel. Look at the padding and archway in the shoes. The farther forward the arch is in the shoe, the grounded you will feel. Buy low heel if you are just starting out with heel. After comfortable with them you can move to much higher heel. Look for shoes comfort ness and support your weight, Start with low wedge. High wedges may seem appealing, but they can be just as tough as high heels.

Take some walk in the heel and even stand for some time. Feel comfortable? These heels are not right for you if standing in the heels hurts your feet. Expensive shoes aren't always the most comfortable. Go for inexpensive shoes if you are just starting pot in high heels!! These are just starters - you can always move on to more expensive and possibly less comfortable shoes later.

PRACTICE is the only solution to learn how to walk correctly in high heels. Start walking around your house this will probably be the easiest place to start because you're familiar with the floors and space. And of course you don't run the risk of spraining your ankle when you walk on a real street. Once you are done that, try to walk another indoor place with your high heel like shopping malls or friends house, you can also try walking up and down stairs - but be very careful!!!

Outdoor surfaces are harder than indoor surface so, It quite difficult to walk on high heel. You can start on garden or around your flats there are a lot of things that you can trip over, In case the high heels get too painful. But after claves and your feet get used to the trip and shape of your shoes, it will become natural to you.

Now time to try DANCING at an event!! It may not be easy, so once again, be careful!...or If you're self conscious, at home when no one is looking. Be prepared for some foot pain, but also to be proud that you danced in high heels!

Once you've mastered standing, walking and dancing in lower heels or wedges, move on to higher heels! You’ll be great at walking in heels in no time!

Good Tip: Avoid HIGH HEEL if you are going to walking or standing a lot for that try comfortable flat shoes. Nothing looks worse than a woman stomping around in heels looking exhausted and in pain. Fake it till you make it, or try to look cute as you take the darn things off!
